Returns

In compliance with the distance selling directive, if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our website, customers have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us if they wish to return them, provided the goods have not been worn or used and are in re-saleable condition. Personalised items and piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Notification of returns must be done in writing via post, phone or email. We will acknowledge receipt and require the goods to be returned within 30 days. Upon receipt of the goods monies will be refunded within 30 days. Receipt of goods is determined as the date on which they were signed for from the delivery person. south of the river ltd will pay all return postage charges. When returning any goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
