An email confirming successful transmission of your order will be sent to you.
A signature will be required on receipt. Where free delivery does not apply all delivery costs are non-refundable (unless goods are faulty). We cannot take responsibility or liability in cases where we have attempted delivery and no-one has been available to sign for goods.
Please note that personalised items will take longer.
Outer Areas of UK & Europe - £5.95.
Please allow 3-5 days to arrive after despatch.
USA & Canada - £10.95.

- Pick Up In Store - What is this?
NEW FOR 2007 - PICK UP FROM STORE OPTION. Please
tick the "collect from store" option at the shipping section of the checkout procedure and you will incur no packing and postage charges.
THIS ENABLES LOCAL CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT SELECTED ITEMS THE NEXT WORKING DAY FROM 12 NOON OR ON A DAY YOU CHOOSE, SELECT THE DAY FROM THE DROP DOWN BOX.
We know our customers have very busy lives and sometimes they cannot visit us every week and they know they are missing out if they don't...so this is one way they can see and have almost first dibs on our new stock. Back to Top
- Why don't you have all your products on-line?

Unless otherwise indicated, the products and materials in the site are those available in the United Kingdom. If you are accessing the site from outside the United Kingdom you do so on the understanding that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws and taxes.

Product availability is subject to change at any time and without notice. Any orders placed through the site are considered as a request to purchase and are subject to there being stock available.
All dimensions are approximate and although we have made every effort to ensure that colours are accurately reproduced on our website, please bear in mind that your system may vary in colour reproduction.
All prices and offers shown are correct at time of ordering. However the price shown for each product is subject to change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch, subject to verification.
The name and address on your credit card statement should be the same as the name and address that was registered.
South of the river ltd is unable to accept orders from free email domains or deliver to PO Box numbers.
Occasionally south of the river will include special offers for web customers.

- Returns - What should I do?
In compliance with the distance selling directive, if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our website, customers have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us if they wish to return them, provided the goods have not been worn or used and are in re-saleable condition. Personalised items and piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Notification of returns must be done in writing via post, phone or email. We will acknowledge receipt and require the goods to be returned within 30 days. Upon receipt of the goods monies will be refunded within 30 days. Receipt of goods is determined as the date on which they were signed for from the delivery person. south of the river ltd will pay all return postage charges. When returning any goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
