  • Security - How do I know my payment is secure?
    We use the well known and respected PAYPAL as our total secure payment provider. We do not keep the credit card numbers of customers taken over the internet or pass customer details on to any third party.

    Mainland UK - £2.95 or FREE if your order is £60 or over. Outer Areas of Eire & EU Countries - £8.00 USA & CANADA - £10.00 for full details please see our delivery section.

  • Delivery Details - What are they?
    UK DELIVERY We aim to ship within 1 working day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. An email confirming successful transmission of your order will be sent to you. A signature will be required on receipt. Where free delivery does not apply all delivery costs are non-refundable (unless goods are faulty). We cannot take responsibility or liability in cases where we have attempted delivery and no-one has been available to sign for goods. Very heavy or oversized items will attract additional charges. We will email you before we despatch to confirm the order. OUTER AREAS OF UK & EUROPE Please allow 3-5 days to arrive after despatch. USA & CANADA Please allow 4-8 days to arrive after despatch. PICK UP FROM STORE OPTION Select your chosen day from the drop down box and collect your item/s after 2pm on the day of your choice.

  • Returns - What should I do?
    In compliance with the distance selling directive, if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our website, customers have 7 working days following the signed receipt of goods to notify us if they wish to return them, provided the goods have not been worn or used and are in a saleable condition. Piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. If a necklace and pierced earring set wish to be returned, we will refund 75% of the cost. The earrings are non-returnable. Notification of returns must be done via email. We will acknowledge receipt and require the goods to be returned within 30 days. Upon receipt of the goods monies will be refunded within 30 days. Receipt of goods is determined as the date on which they were signed for from the delivery person. south of the river ltd will pay return postage charges on faulty items only. When returning any goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. Your statutory rights are not affected.
